Passeports biométriques

Depuis le 9 juin 2009, ce sont 21 communes dans le département du Puy-de-Dôme qui reçoivent désormais les demandes de passeports, dont la Mairie de Cournon-d’Auvergne.
La commune de Cournon-d’Auvergne est équipée de deux stations d’enregistrement respectivement installées au service population place de la Mairie et à la mairie décentralisée 2, avenue George Clémenceau.

Les pièces à présenter sont identiques aux documents aujourd’hui exigés pour l’obtention d’un passeport électronique pour une personne majeure ou pour un mineur.
Vous devez présenter en Mairie, en plus des pièces justificatives nécessaires à la constitution du dossier, des photographies d’identité récentes et ressemblantes réalisées par un professionnel.

La réalisation des dossiers de passeports se fait sur rendez-vous : nous vous remercions de contacter le service population au 04 73 69 90 00 ou la mairie décentralisée 04 73 69 90 70.
Aucun dossier de passeport ne sera réalisé les samedi matins.
Horaires d’ouverture : 8h 12h – 13h 17h sauf le vendredi fermeture à 16h.
Les passeports actuellement en circulation restent valides jusqu’à leur date de péremption.
Les particularités du passeport biométrique :
Un composant électronique comportant des informations nominatives du titulaire et la photographie numérisée : cette puce est sécurisée électroniquement à un très haut niveau,
Les empreintes digitales (8) du demandeur.
